David Chang, NYC restaurateur, James Beard Award winner, has opened like 4 ridiculously successful spots in New York City and his meteoric rise to fame has been more than well documented (heâ€™s been a judge on Top Chef for Godâ€™s sake). So Iâ€™m just going to make this one simple: Go to the Momofuku Noodle Bar, sit down, order the pork buns, and then eat them. I have nothing more to add.
Noodle Bar is located on the corner of 10th st and 1st ave in the East Village. The space is rather small and they donâ€™t take reservations, so if youâ€™re going around prime time, be prepared to wait for bit. (Trust me, those pork puns are worth it.)
